Due to a previous breast augmentation and 2 revision surgeries I suffer from PTBD (post traumatic breast disorder 😆). I can honestly say that Dr. Aghayan has revived my confidence in cosmetic surgeons. After having too large of implants for nearly 20 years I decided to downsize and in my quest to find THE best cosmetic surgeon in the Pacific NW I found Dr. Aghayan. My first impression: I found him to be a tad arrogant (sorry 😉) but my husband immediately liked him. I quickly realized what I perceived as arrogance was just passion for his craft.

I spent countless hours researching reviews and photos and had multiple consultations with top-rated surgeons. Dr. Aghayan quickly became the obvious choice and I am so glad I listened to my husband. I could not be happier with my results and I am admittedly hard to please. After 2 previous revisions I was not confident that the results I wanted were possible but Dr. Aghayan proved me wrong, let’s say he understand the assignment!

The entire team at Apres is wonderful-organized, efficient, and professional. Dr. Aghayan brings a perfect blend of experience, knowledge and compassion. Do not let his good looks and phenomenal hair fool you, he is quite funny and very welcoming. Apres and Dr. Aghayan truly are the complete package!
