I had the absolute best experience! Dr Aghayan was so knowledgeable and willing to take on my very asymmetrical breast. He spent a ton of time with me prior to my surgery to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, all my worries were addressed and I felt I was definitely making the right decision with choosing him to do my procedure. I was even able to see a 3d imagine of what my breast would look like after surgery and it was spot on with my results.  I had a few consults prior with other doctors and they did not compare. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants to make sure we are completely satisfied. He truly went beyond my expectations and I could not be happier! I felt very comfortable through the entire process and knew I was in great hands! The whole team at Apres is just amazing. I have never felt so secure with my body until now. Wonderful experience here with Carley for Halo Laser and Bbl treatments. She is very thorough and attentive and made sure I was confident in my treatment plan. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. A and his entire team. From the ease of scheduling my consultation to the support throughout the process, booking, and aftercare, everything felt seamless and thoughtful. The most important thing to me was achieving a natural-looking result, and Dr. A delivered beyond what I thought was possible. I had a tummy tuck, Lipo 360, and BBL, and I’m extremely happy with my results. This was a major surgery and a big decision for me, so having a surgeon I could trust was incredibly important. Dr. Aghayan did an amazing job and as the months have gone by and my body has continued to heal,  I’ve appreciated my results even more. I also really appreciated the care and support I received throughout my recovery. Any questions or concerns I had were taken seriously and I never felt like I was left on my own after surgery. I always enjoy my appointments with Carley. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains every procedure thoroughly and in a way I can understand. She’s attentive and follows up on her work to make sure even after I’ve left the office that I’m healing and happy with the results. She’s very quick to respond and has been flexible with scheduling. My experience with Apres was great. The team was very kind, professional, and informative. When I went in for my pre-op, Dr. Aghayan was very helpful when deciding which breast augmentation procedure to go with and what size would look best for my body frame. Carley was great with my Botox! She takes the time to understand what your goals are and talk through the options/recommendations. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aric Aghayan and the entire team at Après Plastic Surgery. I had a BBL, liposuction, and skin tightening performed, and from my very first consultation, I felt genuinely heard. Dr. Aghayan took the time to address all of my concerns, answered every question honestly, and never made me feel pressured or like he was simply trying to sell me a procedure. That transparency gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Now that I’m six weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. Dr. Aghayan is professional, realistic and so incredibly skilled at what he does. I got the Motiva Preservé implants on a Friday, was back at work on Monday, back at the gym the week after surgery and on vacation wearing a bikini the next week.  I have a very busy lifestyle between kids and work, so this was the perfect option for minimal downtime. The scars are so tiny and not noticeable in a bikini. I am so glad I chose Dr. Aghayan and this procedure! If you’ve been hesitant to get implants for fear of downtime or scarring, definitely talk with Dr. Aghayan about Motiva Preservé.

Dr. Aghayan is absolutely wonderful as is his staff. He’s down to earth, funny, professional and even more knowledgeable. He’s someone you can trust to make the right call while still giving options when he can. The staff is compassionate, kind and very helpful. Had a wonderful experience - Dr Aghayan transformed me! I had a breast augmentation done, they are soft, symmetrical and truly look and feel authentic. The staff is friendly and warm and the turn around time of responses to all my questions was same day. You can tell that Dr Aghayan is a perfectionist - which is exactly what I wanted in a doctor doing my augmentation. Cosmetic and aesthetic changes like breast augmentations always feel extremely vulnerable but Dr Aghayan was incredibly professional and always supportive of my goals, my results truly surpassed my expectations. I can’t recommend Dr. Aghayan enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. His entire staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Aghayan took the time to truly listen to my vision and helped bring it to life. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was obvious that his recommendations were based on what was best for me, not what would cost the most. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. I ended up choosing the Preservé augmentation, and I am SO happy with my results. I’m now 12 weeks post op, and my incisions are barely visible. My recovery was incredibly smooth, and my post op experience was so much easier than I expected. Dr. Aghayan was always available if I had questions or needed anything, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the healing process. On top of his talent, he’s incredibly personable and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I am not someone who makes decisions like this on a whim. In true overthinker fashion, I spent years researching breast augmentation. I looked into the procedures and implants, had consultations, and every time I got close, something just felt off. My gut kept saying, “Not yet.” For me, it was never about getting breast implants. It was about finding an approach that felt right for my body. Then I discovered the Motiva Ergonomix implants with the Motiva Preserve procedure, and everything clicked. Meeting with Dr. Aghayan sealed the deal. He answered every question I threw at him, showed me different implant options digitally on my own body, and somehow made a topic I’d been overanalyzing for years feel completely normal and stress-free. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance. The team at Après Surgery was equally amazing. Everyone was so organized, kind, and genuinely excited for me. It was also really reassuring that staff members had undergone breast augmentation using the Motiva Preserve procedure with Motiva Ergonomix implants and were happy to share their own experiences. The recovery was the biggest surprise. I had fully convinced myself I’d be dramatically camped out on the couch binge-watching TV while my family waited on me hand and foot. (A girl can dream. 😂) Instead, the surgery itself was incredibly quick from the time I was admitted to when I woke up. Dr. Aghayan finished around dinnertime on a Thursday, and I went out to dinner that same evening and visited friends. I could lift my arms over my head that night, worked a full 9-to-5 the very next day, and was doing laundry that Saturday. By the end of the first month, it honestly felt like they had always belonged there. That really sums up my entire experience. My goal was never to look “done.” I wanted something that looked like it belonged on my body, and that’s exactly what I got. They look incredibly natural, are perfectly proportionate, and are so comfortable that I often forget they’re implants. I can still wear all the same clothes. They just fit and look so much better now. I also haven’t experienced any loss of sensation, which was very important to me. The results I see in recovery is gold standard plastic surgery. Dr. Aghayan and his amazing staff helped me get my confidence back! After losing 140 pounds, I was left with loose skin and wanted my outside to match how great I felt on the inside. From the beginning, Dr. Aghayan took a lot of time answering my questions and walking me through the consultation process. I felt heard, supported, and encouraged, and I really appreciated how honest he was about surgery, recovery, and what I could realistically expect from my results. I ended up having a lower body lift and breast augmentation. Recovery and healing can definitely be tough, but Dr. Aghayan and his staff are there for you every step of the way. There will probably be some ups and downs during recovery, and having a skilled surgeon and a caring team makes all the difference. I’m now about seven months post-op, and my results keep getting better. Today marks exactly 8 days since my Preserve Breast Augmentation, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I didn’t have small breasts to begin with—I was simply looking for a subtle, natural enhancement. From the very first consultation, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Aric Aghayan was incredibly thorough, answered every question I had, and explained everything in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. His confidence, knowledge, and experience gave me so much peace of mind, and I trusted his recommendations completely. One of the hardest parts of this whole process for me was choosing the implant size. I originally thought I wanted to go a little bigger, but Dr. Aric Aghayan recommended going slightly smaller to achieve the most natural result and make recovery easier. Looking back, I am so grateful I listened to him because the size is absolutely perfect. They look incredibly natural, exactly what I was hoping for. I barely needed pain medication—just a little Advil during the first few days. I was able to take a gentle two-mile walk the very next day, and since then I’ve been walking two miles every day. Today, at just 8 days post-op, I honestly don’t feel like I’ve had surgery. I have a little tightness, which is completely expected, but otherwise I feel fantastic. Dr. Aric Aghayan told me it would take about three months for my final results, but I’m already in love with them. They look beautiful, natural, and fit my body perfectly. If you’re reading this because you’re unsure whether to move forward with surgery, I completely understand—I was there too. Since the first appointment day the entire staff was incredibly personable and welcoming. Dr has compassionate bedside manner and answered all of our questions. Surgery went perfect and my wife’s breast reduction surgery is healing perfectly. The breast’s are perfectly symmetrical which is very hard to achieve. Each follow up appointment we continue to be met by super friendly staff and a Dr who is willing to chat with you and never acts rushed. My wife and I highly recommend Dr and his entire staff. Had an amazing experience with Dr. Aghayan,  Samantha and the staff!  I had been contemplating a Breast Augmentation for over a decade and the only reason I pulled the trigger was because I felt comfortable and confident in Dr Aghayan! He was very professional and took his time answering all my questions.. we decided to go with the Preserve Breast Augmentation and I am VERY happy with my results ! The procedure was very non Invasive and I was back to normal life very quickly ! Normal life for me is on the go and hands full of horses ! I highly recommend Apres and Dr Aghayan! Preserve Breast Augmentation I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aghayan and his staff and wanted to share my experience with my Preserve Breast Augmentation. From the very beginning, I felt well cared for. During my consultation, Dr. Aghayan took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and explain the Preserve procedure in detail, which helped me feel confident and informed throughout the process. One of the biggest decisions for me was choosing the right implant size. Based on my own research and before-and-after photos, I initially thought I wanted 295cc implants. Even after viewing the 3D imaging, I was still debating between sizes. I asked Dr. Aghayan what he felt would best fit my body and align with my goals, and he recommended 275cc. Trusting his expertise was one of the best decisions I made. The results are exactly what I hoped for—natural, proportional, and a perfect fit for my frame. I was also very concerned about recovery. As a stay-at-home mom with a toddler, and a husband who often works overnight shifts for multiple days at a time, I don't have much help available. I worried about how I would manage daily activities and whether I would be able to care for my daughter. I even had a beach vacation planned just two weeks after surgery and wasn't sure if I would be recovered enough to enjoy it. To my surprise, the recovery was incredibly smooth. I was able to pick up my toddler the day after surgery, return to light weightlifting within a week, and go hiking and enjoy my beach trip just two weeks later. The minimal downtime was truly remarkable and one of the biggest benefits of the Preserve procedure. I am extremely happy with my results and my overall experience. Dr. Aghayan's expertise, attention to detail, and honest recommendations made all the difference. WOW! I loved this office, the team and the entire experience. Everyone is so friendly, the office is beautiful and I felt right at home instantly. I had a consultation with Carley and she was fantastic. She walked through everything and detailed each option perfectly. She took some imagery using the The VISIA skin analysis machine. It showed my wrinkles, pores, UV sun damage, redness and sunspots. I am glad I went in when I did! She created a highly tailored skincare and treatment plan for me, and I am really looking forward to it. I have already started on the skincare routine and can see and feel a difference after 4 days. I can't wait to see my results. That is the other benefit of having the imagery taken-I will be able to see great progress. I say run, don't walk, into Aprés!
