Dr. Aghayan is a true artist as well as a very skilled surgeon. I’m passed middle age but yet he was able to bring out the “young” in me with my breast augmentation. I would rate Dr Aghayan as a top notch surgeon who not only does incredible work but educated me on how to get the results I wanted for body contouring. The process was in stages . Each team member including the Nurse Practitioner Kristy helped with the process of weight loss management. I cannot emphasize enough, the importance of receiving quality direction from your surgeon. Due to a previous breast augmentation and 2 revision surgeries I suffer from PTBD (post traumatic breast disorder 😆). I can honestly say that Dr. Aghayan has revived my confidence in cosmetic surgeons. After having too large of implants for nearly 20 years I decided to downsize and in my quest to find THE best cosmetic surgeon in the Pacific NW I found Dr. Aghayan. My first impression: I found him to be a tad arrogant (sorry 😉) but my husband immediately liked him. I quickly realized what I perceived as arrogance was just passion for his craft.
